I've just changed my name to my old one.
My first name was xvxslashxvx, then I changed it to iBongo, yesterday, I changed my name back to xvxslashxvx.
I'm trying to merge my previous name iBongo but rune tracker won't let me.
Told me to post here if I got a problem so here I am.

Sorry im just going to repost this just incase youse cannot understand my problem my original rsname is (Eric--M-5) i then changed it to (A-Xbox-nerd) and i then merged it on runetracker then i changed it to (A-Maxed_Acc ).Were i then forgot to merge the name via this site.When i just changed it again as im more then likely going to keep this name i had changed it to is (Lmegan-Fox) and when i came to merge it it said none of my old names were in highscores so it couldn't track them or merge it.I used to have personal records of like 16m exp in a month 13m in a week and 2.5m in a day,some were around there and id like to keep them.So is there anything that can be done.Can Use please recover my data so it is on me New name.

For the past month roughly, I have been trying to change my name registered here. I keep getting a soft fail because my overal xp is too high compared to my old name. At the bottom it says a staff member checks the problem usually within 24 hours, but it has been 3-4 weeks.

I just changed my name (30 seconds ago).

Hi, I changed my name again 2 days ago and requested to merge with the previous name, but it said "Verdict: Soft Fail" and that it was forwarded to a staff member and will be resolved within 24 hours....
Anyway,
Old Name: Efad 114
New Name: Efad Bhai
This was my second time changing name. Merging my original name "sehaam19" to "Efad 114" worked fine for me.
