There is something very odd when I attempt to change my name it says all my stats have decreased. But to say I have proff of the name change you can me in game as "Impended" and hover over the name change and it should say "Clover Beau"

When I merged MastersFury with Masterguy it removed my monthly exp personal record which was around 19m and my weekly record? Can this be fixed?

Same here this is pissing me off. It didn't happen when I changed my name the first time...someone needs to awnser stating if this can be fixed.

Why aren't my records showing up? I had many records, like 127m xp overall in a month. 79m craft in a month, records in fletch and fm, even more. They're all gone except for prayer which is what I've been doing recently. Please tell me what's wrong.

@ the people above..

Our backup and merge system messed up.. but the delete old records worked..

The root cause of this has now been fixed, but.. we lost your records. ;\ If you can possibly tell me what dates those records were, I should be able to rebuild it.. If you can't, it'll take a while, but we should be able to rebuild it if I resurrect a old records-checking script of ours..


To everyone else waiting for a name change:

I'm really sorry for taking so long, interest in handling a ton of name changes has dropped in staff, so I'm working on getting a few new ones in. People having issues: We don't have the tools to work through a lot of issues popping up yet, we're hoping on solving things within the month.
