I have a quick question.. When does the experience reset, at midnight eastern time -5? Also if your logged in before the reset then log out after the update, does the experience carry over.

Timezones are irrelevant, the tracking is based on a sliding scale.

E.g., any tracking points in your daily gains will be eliminated after 24 hours.
