Bugfixes:
Fixed issue where tracker urls were getting a char chopped off the end.
fixed issue where a couple of aliases were removing ~ which is a legal character in a channel name. replaced it with $chr(273)
fixed blank error with !ml
fixed !autocmb/overall/clan help msg.
fixed !youtube search script not working at all.

added the url to the grand exchange to error message when just typing !ge
added support for !<skill> @f2p to remove all those p2p things from the first line.

prices with !ge are now formatted to match the grand exchange page.

We now have a grand exchange update amsg script.
!track now shows level gains past level 99. also, !track <skill> will show level gains now assuming you gain atleast 1 level.
